Frequently Asked Questions?

Where can I find your location?

We do not have our address public for safety reasons. You will receive address before reservation.

Can I bring my dog's favorite toys or bedding?

Yes, you are welcome to bring any items that will help your dog feel more comfortable and at home during their stay. You can even bring something that smells like you so they feel close to you. (No rope toys allowed please!)

Do you require vaccinations for dogs in your care?

Yes, we require all dogs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations, including DHLPP, rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Lyme is recommended. Please provide proof of vaccination when you book your service.

Will my dog be locked in a kennel all day?

Absolutely not. At our facility, we strongly believe that a happy pet is an active pet. Therefore, we have a full daily schedule that caters to the physical and mental well-being of your dog.

This includes meals, ample playtime, scheduled potty breaks, relaxing nap times, enjoyable snack periods, and a structured bedtime. Our goal is to ensure that your dog has a well-rounded, enjoyable day filled with activities and rest periods.

We aim to make your dog's stay with us as similar as possible to their routine at home, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their stay.

What if my dog has special needs or requires medication?

We are happy to accommodate dogs with special needs, including administering medication as needed. Please inform us of any special needs or medication requirements when you book your service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, cash, and online payment services. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a non-refundable deposit.

What kind of communication can I expect while my dog is in your care?

We provide regular updates on your dog's well-being and behavior during their stay, including photos and videos if requested for additional costs. We are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.

How do you separate dogs during daycare and boarding?

We separate dogs by size, age, and behavior to ensure that every dog has a safe and enjoyable experience. During boarding, each dog will have their own cozy suite to relax and sleep in. For daycare, we have separate play areas for dogs of different sizes and activity levels to ensure that every dog can play and have fun in a safe and appropriate environment.
