Cancellation, Deposit & No-Show Policy
All reservations require a 20% deposit. Please review carefully before booking.
To ensure availability and fairness to all clients, Sunny’s Dog Boarding & Daycare has the following policies in place:
Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to secure all boarding and grooming reservations.

Deposits are non-refundable and may be issued as a credit only when cancellation guidelines are met.

Deposits are not refundable to the original form of payment.
Cancellations (24-Hour Policy)

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive the deposit back as a credit on the client’s account.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will forfeit the deposit.
Boarding No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled boarding reservation without notice is considered a no-show.

Boarding no-shows are responsible for the first night of boarding, and the deposit is forfeited.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed boarding reservations.
Daycare No-Shows

Daycare no-shows will be charged the full daycare rate for that day.
Grooming No-Shows

Grooming no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Grooming appointments reserve dedicated time with our groomer and cannot be rebooked last-minute.
Early Pick-Ups & Shortened Stays

Outside of holidays and peak periods, early pick-ups or shortened stays may be eligible for a credit at management’s discretion.

During holidays and peak periods, no refunds or credits are provided for early pick-ups or shortened stays once a reservation has begun.
Holiday & Peak Reservations

Holiday and peak-period reservations are final.

Deposits for holiday bookings are non-refundable.
